Privacy notice

1. Who we are

The controller of your data is AC WEB STUDIO S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 53579184, J2026005863006, with its registered office at Str. Sg. Nițu Vasile nr. 9, Corp 2, Ap. 271, Sector 4, București (“we”). Data protection contact: andrei@sitecheck.ro.

2. What data we process

• The address of the site you send us for analysis.
• Your name, email address, phone number and the message you leave with Claudiu when you want Andrei to contact you.
• The email address you leave under a site-check report so Andrei can send you a more detailed report and write to you about it, together with the address of the site checked.
• Technical data needed to run the site: the hosting provider's server logs and your IP address, used only in server memory to limit the number of requests (at most 24 hours; we don't save it in our database).

3. Why, and on what legal basis

We don't make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects for you.

4. How long we keep data

• The data in your request (name, email, phone, message, site address): 12 months.
• Analysis results: we don't save them. The server keeps them in memory for at most 30 minutes so the same analysis isn't repeated.
• IP address: in server memory only, for at most 24 hours.

5. Who we share data with

• Vercel Inc. – site hosting and traffic statistics (processor).
• Neon – the database where your requests are saved (processor).
• Google Workspace – the mailbox we write to you from (processor).
• Google LLC – the site address is sent to PageSpeed Insights and the Chrome UX Report API for analysis. Google acts as a separate controller, under its own privacy policy. Your name and email are not sent to Google through these services.
• Public authorities, only when the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some of the providers above are in the USA. Transfers are made on the basis of: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for certified providers, or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us at andrei@sitecheck.ro; we answer within one month. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) – www.dataprotection.ro.

8. Cookies

The site doesn't use cookies. For traffic statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies: visits are counted using an identifier derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours.

The site doesn't save anything in your browser (no localStorage, no sessionStorage).

9. The Claudiu assistant

For now, Claudiu is an automated assistant with fixed steps: not a person, and not artificial intelligence. What you write to him reaches Andrei as a contact request and is kept as described in section 4.
